Ms. Starzyk is an attorney who focuses her practice solely on immigration law. She has successfully handled an array of cases before a variety of administrative agencies. She represents companies and individuals in employment based cases, handling both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Ms. Starzyk represents individuals in family based immigration, and individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court. She understands the complexities of immigration law, and she is passionate about working with and assisting individuals in resolving their cases.
Ms. Starzyk received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College. Ms. Starzyk is a member of the Tennessee bar.
Ms. Starzyk began her career as a legal assistant in an immigration law office. It was this experience working with people from around the world that inspired her to become an immigration attorney. She is passionate about working with foreign nationals to help make the United States their new home. While in law school, Ms. Starzyk focused on immigration, international, and national security law. As a law student, Ms. Starzyk served as a legal intern with the Cleveland Immigration Court. She also interned at the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center, a non-profit working with detained immigrants in York, Pennsylvania. Ms. Starzyk has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2011.
Ms. Starzyk is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
